Eat a Balanced Breakfast and Eat Less Later
If you’re trying to lose weight, DON’T skip breakfast. A balanced breakfast can actually help you eat less. Studies have shown that people who choose cereal over less balanced breakfast foods consume 10% fewer calories and 20% less fat throughout the day.
What constitutes a balanced breakfast? A meal that includes both carbohydrates (for a quick energy boost) and protein (for longer-term energy).
