“This business has come a long way. I have been going here off and on getting help after gaining soo much weight after each pregnancy for the last 12 years when they were in a tiny office space in the corona mall. The Dr. has changed and so did the location but it's all been for the better. Employees are arrests so helpful and supportive in your goals. They educate you in diet along with supplements to help you along your journey. The Dr. there now is so friendly and really encourages you. They now offer many other medical spa like services but I haven't tried them. As far as reaching your goal weight, they can help you get there. ”*

“I started here 4 weeks ago. They have good start up specials for new patients. When you meet with the doctor they listen to you and try to find the best solution for your weight loss. The don't just throw pills at you and tell you to leave. They actually monitor your dosage to make sure you are getting results. I started off with a lower dose and then they increased it after my feedback. They also give you a meal plan and a B12 shot. The medication isn't magic. You have to work out and eat right to get results. I lost 8 lbs in the first month. I want to keep going, the weekly weigh ins help me stay accountable. I've tried working out and dieting, but I've never been able to be consistent till now. The diet plan has actually been really helpful. It encourages moderate portions and mindful eating. I look forward to reaching my goals.”*

I have lost some weight here & there if only i would stick to the diet plan (need to stop drinking on the wknds) at one point i lost 7 pounds in 10-11days but again you have to follow instructions in which clearly i don't. After my first visit all other appointments i was in and out within 5 minutes.”*

“I love this place. They have a great new patient special which includes the meds they prescribe for a whole month. You first appointment will consist of a consultation with the doctor. Make sure you are honest with your medical history and meds you may currently be taking so they prescribe you the best ones for you that wont interact with them. The staff are great, I never have to wait longer than 10 minutes (even if you are a walk in) which they welcome. I lost 20lbs in 5 weeks and the meds work so well i had to force myself to eat. If you refer a friend and they start the program they will give you a week free. Cant recommend this place enough, Definitely give them a try.”*

“My first time ever doing a program like this and my walk in initial visit was easy and judgment free. I been having problems with my weight for 5 years due to a car accident I was in. I use to be fit then and that accident really destroyed me. I couldn’t work out with out any pain or discomfort. Every time I work out I do lose 10lbs in about a month but then I hit a wall. I work out hard and motivated but I can’t quite shed the weight… I can not wait to see how this journey goes. The Dr is awesome and she does tell you what you need to hear. It’s not judgmental it’s pure honesty. I’d rather have that in a dr then someone just “handing me pills and hope for the best.” They have different options of pills designed for your journey. Have an open mind eat healthy, go exercise, and most importantly be honest with yourself and you will see the change! ”*

“If you want realistic results and not someone giving you inflated weight loss expections, this is the place to go. I have lost almost 40 lbs in an eight month period, it may seem slow but it is a healthy weight loss. My blood pressure is normal, first time in 10 years, I am no longer considered pre-diabetic and best of all, I am no longer listed as ‘obese’ on my medical record. The staff is knowledgeable, they are friendly and efficient as well. The center offers other procedures but they don’t push their agenda. If you need help losing weight, give them a call, they will be able to answer most of your questions over the phone. It will bethe bestcall you make. ”*
“I just recently had my one year anniversary since starting my weight loss journey with HMC. I’ve tried most of the well known weight loss programs (Weight watchers, Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem, etc) but nothing kept my interest long enough to do much good. “I had tried losing excess weight many times and through many venues, including weight watchers and always achieved some success but fell back to the old habits. A close friend told me about HMC a year ago now and I decided to visit. The doctor was very cautious and advised me that my blood pressure was on the high side and it would be risky to get started with any appetitive suppressants until that could come down to a safe margin. I had to do it on my own for a few days to ge my weight loss started, eat healthier and start some exercise to get ready for the program.I have been with them over a year now and visit weekly for my weigh in. I am staying motivated and enjoy intense exercise now on long bike rides, walking and weight lifting.
